Wat is the delivery time?
If you order on weekdays before 13:00 pm, we will offer your items still on the same day by our carriers. They strive to deliver the next day your package for you. If items are not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.
How can I pay?
You can pay in several ways. IDeal, transfer directly, Paypal, Sofort banking, Ban contact.

How is my order shipped?
We understand that you wish to receive a discreet shipping! All orders are shipped in a post box,, no envelopes. No stickers on advertising our business and there is no logo of our company. Only your data and your address. Only our PO Box is on the box PO Box 61 | 7833 ZH | New Amsterdam. We put an extra stamp on the label 'only home address'.
We are not responsable for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace items that go missing.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout we are not responsable for locating the parcel, and will not replace items sent to the wrong address, if it was provided by the customer at checkout.
Wat happens to my package if I'm not home? (Netherlands)
If you are not home when the carrier wants to deliver a package to you, then the carrier leaves a message for you. There will be another attempt to be done in order to deliver the package later. If you are not at home, the parcel will be returned to us. We can arrange to you once the package offer from the carrier. However, the costs are at your expense.
We therefore advise you to let deliver the package to a service of PostNL via PakjeGemak. You can decide the date / time and location where you can collect it. Often, it is also possible to pick up after 18:00 on Saturday.
Would you like us to deliver your package via PakjeGemak? You click at checkout on the orange button PostNL (Netherlands only).
We receive a notice from the carrier that the package has been delivered, including date and time. If you do you therefore still have not received, you need to contact PostNL. We are not responsible for lost parcels by PostNL or any other carrier we engage.
All orders are shipped in a box, so even if your product is small and would fit in an envelope. We do that so that each package has a Track- & Trace code. You can enter your code via www.TrackTrace.nl and parcel from our door to your door. So you know exactly when you can receive your package. Shipping costs are automatically specified when ordering.
Can I pick up an order?
We do not have a shop or showroom. You can not come to us to buy something.
However, it is possible to take away from us already ordered and paid for items in our classroom in Amsterdam during workshops. This can be noted in the order in the comment box. We will then contact you to make an appointment.
What is on my bank statement?
If your pay by iDeal than you will see Mollie / Sisow. They handle all payments for many companies. Because the funds first arrive at them you can see their name on your bank statement. If you make the payment by bank transfer, you will see 'Burdy Productipns' 'on your bank statement.
Can I return an item?
When purchasing products, you as a consumer can terminate the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product. During this period you will handle the product and packaging. You will be the product only to unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you of your right of withdrawal, will the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to Latex Fashion Design.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal shall apply to:

I have a complaint
